Welcome! Carolyn Nyland is a Brain Gym® instructors and consultant based in Hilliard, Ohio. Through Kaleidoscope Learning Center, she guides children and adults to explore educational goals. Carolyn hosts Brain Gym® and related classes, tutors children, and consults with teachers and administrators to incorporate mindful movements into any learning environment. Her daughter Heidi works with youth and adults as they work with horses.

  • Available for private sessions--working with youth and adults as they proceed toward any chosen goal. We encourage parents to be involved and learn about the Brain Gym process and make a committment to continue the "play" at home--helping to create a healthy, choice-filled lifestyle. When Carolyn works with a child, she asks that parents attend a 3-hour Brain Gym Introduction within one month of the initial appointment. You'll understand the process and see what changes can be made--for yourself or another.
